Calling from Legal Dept and them to have me arrested for a bogus owed debt. You can't get arrested for owing debt! unless you make lots of cash and evaded taxes! U dummies.

Someone named Frank is leaving threating messages that I have a law suite filed against my social, and that he is going to hurt my credit rating. Caller doesnt even have my correct social security number.

This person said he was Harry Fox, although another message said Tom Fox. When prompted further, said he was from Rogers Law Firm, Merriman, IL. Told me that if I didn't speak to him all he could do is wish me luck as all of this trouble unfolded. These people have called me intermittently in the last year, claiming to be from the Law and Investigations Department in Washington D.C., and another time claiming to be from another law firm in Florida. Each time, they have a new number, but is the same standard spiel and the same broken accent and men calling. I have had my local police department call them to stop the harassing calls at work, seems to be the only thing that works. Also put alerts on my credit reports. I don't owe anything to any payday loan companies and they will not provide me with proof of these debts. My credit report also does not support any of these allegations. This is a complete scam, please beware.

Called again today 29th Sept. '08. No speech.Most annoying.

He says he is from the United States of Crime Bureau and that we will be arrested in 45 min if we dont pay over 2,000 for a pay day loan. We know we have no debt and yet he calls all the time saying the same things. REPORT THE CALLS TO YOUR LOCAL POLICE!! Cant stress that enough.

They call everyday at the same time and I tell them my daughter does not live with me and I don't have a current phone number for her. Yet they keep calling. What do I do?

This caller called me at 3:30 am on March 01. Then he sent me a sexually offensive text message.

Called this number back and it states it's a disconnected number. The number they are calling is a Department of Justice work phone.

Calls several times a day, when you answer they hang up. Very annoying...I want this to stop.
